**Due to the flexibility of our service, credits may be used to send informational or sample packages or to select from various types of advanced or discounted Profiles. As a result, the number of Profiles listed above is approximate and is based on the standard Profile price.
*All Service Plans are automatic reoccurring billings. Once your system is open you may change, cancel or suspend your account at any time. Credits from Semi-Annual service plans expire 6 months from the date they are given. Credits from Annual service plans expire 12 months from the date they are given. Credits purchased additionally and credits received from Profile reimbursements expire 6 months after the date they are issued. A one-time, nonrefundable setup fee of $15.00 applies to some plans and will be charged with the first billing.
